What you share

These rules apply to listings, shop profiles, photos, search requests, offers, reviews and messages. By sharing content, you agree to these rules and our Terms of service.

• Do not share sexual content, nudity, sexual services or any content that exploits or endangers children.
• No threats, graphic violence, harassment, hate speech or discrimination.
• No scams, impersonation, spam, counterfeit or illegal products. Describe prices, condition and availability honestly.
• Respect privacy. Do not publish someone else's private information or content without permission.
• Do not evade a block or account restriction by creating another account.

Reporting and blocking

Use the report action on a listing, shop, request or offer, or choose Report from a message's three-dot menu. Message reports share that message and its attachment with moderators, not your entire private conversation. Your report is not shown to the reported account.

Blocking stops direct messages and new offers in both directions. Automated order updates may still arrive. Blocking does not cancel orders, erase records, hide every product from a shop, or prevent contact outside ShopCity. Manage blocked accounts in Safety.

How moderation works

ShopCity administrators review reports and may remove content or restrict an account. Reports do not automatically prove a violation. Decisions are recorded for review. Moderation is report-based; messages are not automatically screened before delivery.

For an appeal, an unresolved issue, or help with a blocked account's existing order, contact ShopCity support. If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services.
