What can customers do on ShopCity?

Customers can browse nearby products, visit merchant pages, post search requests, add products to cart, choose pickup or delivery, message merchants, and track rewards.

How does delivery work?

When delivery is selected, city managers can assign the order to an active delivery agent in that city. The agent updates the order from assigned, to picked up, to delivered.

When does cashback become available?

Cashback is shown as pending while an order is still active. It becomes available once the order is fulfilled.

How do weekly and monthly draw chances work?

One eligible settled order enters a customer into the weekly and monthly draw period. Each extra eligible order in that same period adds one more chance of winning.

How do merchants join?

A merchant can register with business details, categories, location, and contact information. Admins can later manage advanced roles and account status.

Can merchants respond to customer requests?

Yes. Customers can post search requests, and merchants can send offers that customers can review and continue into chat.

Who handles delivery agents?

City managers supervise delivery agents in their area, assign delivery orders, and can help coordinate local logistics.

Can ShopCity show local campaigns?

ShopCity supports location-aware merchant visibility, sponsored placements, cashback offers, and local promotions.
